Refund Policy

Digital Courses:
We are committed to providing high-quality digital courses for our customers. If you are not satisfied with the course, we offer a 14-day refund policy if you have viewed more than 50% of the course.

To submit a refund request, please email us at support@roamingromances.com with the following information:

  • Name
  • Email address used during purchase
  • Course title
  • Reason for refund request
  • Proof of 50% completion (i.e. a screenshot)

We reserve the right to verify the completion percentage before processing any refund. Please note that refunds can take up to 7 business days to process.

Ebooks:
Due to the nature of ebooks, the low price sales, and the fact that customers will receive the full access immediately after purchasing, no refunds or returns will be issued for ebooks. All sales are final.
